My name is Dr Mara Sittampalam.
I am turning 44 very soon and as a young aspiring medical student turned trainee/apprentice doctor I wished to transform patient healthcare.
Despite working harder or longer hours, there are a few simple, transformative things that are non clinical or rather technologically related, that I have not been able to change.
I hope by taking a step back and looking back in, as an observer, I can bring about very simple solutions to those that I serve every day.
The next gen coders that have made it possible for a car to self drive or a 40 word tweet that changes US policy, can hopefully be harnessed to ensure patients have access to same or next day review of their health problem and same day bespoke documented management.
I have started my company to solve this and to develop free to use applications across the NHS. So watch this space….
